Persons resident in Denmark and or of Danish nationality

Danish nationals and persons resident in Denmark can enter Denmark regardless of the intended purpose of their entry.

You can enter Denmark if
As a Danish national you can always enter Denmark regardless of your habitual residence and the purpose of your entry.

Danish passport as proof of nationality.

You can enter Denmark if you live in Denmark.

Relevant documents

Valid passport, health insurance card, residence permit, residence card, EU registration certificate or personal identification document with proof of address.

Hotlines to the authorities

Foreigners arriving in Denmark will be refused entry into Denmark at all internal and external borders unless they comply with the entry requirements.
